Ohlala is located in front of the white sandy Long Beach of Pulau Perhentian Kecil, the smaller of the two main Perhentian islands in Malaysia.

You will receive a confirmation/booking email upon successful booking. Alternatively you can login in to your account and check your bookings.

Yes, however the guest must present their valid ID upon check in.

No, only the guest name with valid ID stated in the booking confirmation will be allowed to check-in.

It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for reference and easy check in at Ohlala. If you don’t have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your booking details at Ohlala and provide your identification.

Other than change of guest name, all bookings cannot be amended, modified or canceled. Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be treated as no-show in respect of a booking and will result in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation (including any add-on charges together with any applicable tax paid) being forfeited as it is non-refundable.

All changes or special requests are subject to availability. Surcharge may apply for room upgrades.

Standard check-in time is at 2 PM and check-out at 11 AM.

Early check in or late check out requests are subject to the availability. Surcharge may apply for early check in or late check out.

The reception area operates from 8am to 7pm only.

Yes, a we have some vegetarian dihes on the menu.

The nearest airport in the mainland is Kota Bharu Airport (Sultan Ismail Petra). Daily flights fly from Kuala Lumpur to this airport.

Yes, Mahligai Ekspres, Sani Express or Perdana Express provides direct bus services from Kuala Lumpur TBS (Kuala Lumpur Bus Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) to Kuala Besut Bus Terminal.

There is a parking space at the jetty area itself, based on first come first served basis or you may park your car at Kuala Besut bus station (RM10 nett per day). It is a 5 minutes walk from the jetty.

The last boat from Kuala Besut Jetty to Perhentian Islands will depart around 5pm.

Private Chartered Boat Transfers are available until 6pm after which the harbor master will close the jetty gate. Boat operators are not allowed to transfer any passenger after 6pm due to safety reasons..

Marine Park charges have to be paid directly to Marine Park counter at Kuala Besut jetty. The charges as per below :
